How Pro Performance began

Ben Davis started Pro Performance Roofing as a necessary response to the negative customer experiences, poor quality workmanship, and lack of integrity he saw too often in the roofing industry. He believed homeowners deserved better — and that a roofing company could provide a higher standard of service built around integrity, craftsmanship, communication, and doing things the right way.

That conviction became the foundation of Pro Performance Roofing. Today, our team continues to serve the Raleigh-area community with the same commitment: provide homeowners with honest guidance, quality work, and a top-notch level of service.

Growing up as a dedicated football player taught me discipline, accountability, and the value of earning trust and respect through hard work, and those principles continue to shape the way I lead my company every day.

My goal has always been to build the go-to roofing company in Raleigh that homeowners trust without hesitation. I started Pro Performance Roofing because I believe that exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and treating every home as if it were my own will always matter more than chasing volume. With over a decade of construction experience and a passion for exceptional customer service, Roman focuses on providing honest guidance, clear communication, and practical solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.

He believes that integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail are the foundation of every successful project and strives to make every customer’s experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Brandon Kessler

Production Manager

Brandon Kessler is the production manager for Pro Performance Roofing. He is committed to helping customers through every stage of their project, whether it’s a small repair or a large multi-day roof replacement. Brandon entered the roofing industry after serving in the United States Army in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Following his military service, he permanently relocated to Raleigh with his family.

With over a decade of experience in the roofing and construction industry, Brandon has served as a Property Adjuster, Third-Party Inspector, and Roofer. His goal is to make every customer feel comfortable and confident that their project will be completed with the utmost care and attention to detail. Brandon strives to ensure every homeowner feels that their home is treated as if it were our own.
